Anreise nach Bielefeld (das gibt´s doch gar nicht!)

Wir empfehlen die Anreise mit dem ICE der Deutschen Bahn.

Die nächstgelegenen Flughäfen sind:

  • Hannover (Code: HAJ) - mit der S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof Hannover und von dort mit dem Zug nach Bielefeld (mehrmals stündlich), Fahrzeit ca. 1:40 Stunden.
  • Dortmund (Code: DTM) - mit dem Bus „airpro“ bis zum Hauptbahnhof Dortmund, von dort mit dem Zug nach Bielefeld (mehrere Nonstop-Züge pro Stunde), Fahrzeit ca. 1:30 Std.
  • Düsseldorf (Code: DUS) - nehmen Sie den Skytrain zum Flughafenbahnhof und dann einen Zug nach Bielefeld (es gibt einen Nonstop-Zug alle xx:59), die Fahrt dauert ca. 1:30 Std.

Getting to the Venue

Take the tram line 2 (green) direction "Altenhagen" station and get off at "Stadtheider Straße“, around 7 minutes from the Central Tram Station and follow the signs to the Venue. Please note: there are no parking spaces at the Venue, so we recommend to use public transport_

Your EdTech Next Summit Ticket already includes the free usage of all public transportation in Bielefeld_


Payment

All partners accept contacless payments. For some evening Activities you have to pay upon arrival. All other events are accessible free of charge and you just have to pay what you drink or eat_


Cloakroom and Lockers

These are available at the entrance and also on the first floor_


Summit registration

On September 12th: 8 am onwards_

On September 13th: 8:30 am onwards_

Please note: at registration each guest will receive a lanyard that is required for access to all Events including the Evening Programmes_


Information Stand and Crew

All questions can be answered either at the entrance of the venue or simply contact one of the many crew members. You can recognize them easily with their EdTech Next Summit Crew t-shirts_


Food and Drinks

We are offering a wide selection of food and drinks during the duration of the whole Summit. Further information can be found under food and beverages_

Wheelchair Accessibility

All areas at the lokschuppen are wheelchair accessible while the Evening Locations are partly wheelchair accessible. If you need special assistance, kindly contact us in advance to ensure that we make the necessary arrangements for you for a smooth Summit experience_
